"It was really beautiful but unfortunately there were still trash on the beach. The journey to Karang Hawu from Jakarta is far and the roads are small with lots of sharp turns round the mountain but it wasn't too bad, other than the angkot and truck drivers who were pretty reckless. We weren't able to swim though because they had the red flag displayed which meant the currents were not safe enough to swim in."
