"The atmosphere is very beautiful, surrounded by nature with small private rooms where you can enjoy a massage either alone or as a couple. Since we’ve been in Ubud for a while, we like trying different massage places. This one caught our attention because of the high ratings, and we were curious to experience it. We could only get an appointment a week later, and it’s located outside of central Ubud.
However, perhaps because of the busyness or number of customers, the attitude from the beginning felt a bit tense. It didn’t have the soft and warm Balinese hospitality we are used to, but we thought “never mind.” The environment is nice and clean.
Unfortunately, I was not happy with my massage at all — in fact, it was the most disappointing massage I’ve had in Bali. The therapist seemed tired or unmotivated, just going through the motions with memorized movements, and I couldn’t wait for it to be over.
On the other hand, my husband had the exact opposite experience — he was very satisfied with his massage. We both did the deep tissue massage. Price is good for the service"

It’s not within the Grab area, but they provide shuttle services to the area where their sister spas are located. I had the Intuitive Heart Massage followed by a bath, and in the private room it was incredibly good and comfortable. I will return as soon as possible. Make a reservation because it’s usually fully booked. An extraordinary place."
