What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mengiat Beach is praised for its tranquil atmosphere, clean shores, and calm waters, making it ideal for swimming and relaxation. While some note the water can appear a bit dirty, its accessibility and affordability are major draws. It offers a peaceful escape compared to busier Bali beaches.
"There is something missing every time I visit Nusa Dua beach. I am not a fan. It used to be much more grounded, around the time when Waterblow was still approachable from close proximity.
While the sand is bright and the beach is spacious, there is no dogs here. There is a stretch nearby luxurious hotels that prohibits dogs, to my disbelief when I visited relatives who stayed in one of them.
I hope there is nothing sinister behind their absence.
There is a decent playing areas for tourist and locals here, which is better than other stretch that feels very pretentious and soulless.
There are good number of parking here for both cars and motorcycles."
