"Cool viewpoint to catch the sunset if it’s clear, with a view of Borobudur temple from a distance and the best part was that the sun came up from behind the volcano.
Bit of a weird place to get to if you make your own way as it’s not super crowded or popular just yet, so you feel like you’ve pulled up in the middle of nowhere when the taxi drops you off. But it’s up a path to the ticket booth and up some steps and you’re greeted with a free coffee (or tea) from a little shack, and some friendly locals and a beautiful and well maintained garden area spot next to the jungle with such an amazing view.
Would recommend sorting out a driver or booking a return taxi back to town/or elsewhere in advance if you do visit by making your own way there and not via a tour."

The view was stunning, coffee good and staff very lovely. On the way back, we were surprised by a small group of men playing music and letting us join the show. Very lovely!"
