Some reviewers noted disappointment with the merchandise variety and the market being unexpectedly closed.

"Very few items. Most of the shops offer furniture. The others show disappointing merchandise. I would not recommend to go there unless you have nothing else to do."

"3 stars cos you don't have more than 6-8 shops in total and its not worth the time to drive from maatram or sengiggi. If you are passing by you could have a look! The prices are comparatively cheaper compared to other places when I say cheaper it's 2-3 euros."

amith kumar

"The first place in Lombok I visited in order to get typically Lombok products; such crafts, t-shirt, kids' toys, paintings, fabric, pottery and many more.
It has also an eatery where you can local food in Sasak style, like plecing kangkung, ayam taliwang, sayur kelor and many more."
