"So i went for morning flight to DPS on Last friday and realized my hat was lost on Domestic Departure Security Checking manual line 2 (close to sky priority line). After try to talked with airport person at Boarding gate (JAS staff) His name is Muhamad Rachel Ramdhan. He is the one who's being very helpful to check it after i went inside airplane, even asked my number so he can update me if avsec find it. And Today i really appreciate Avsec. Big applause and special thanks to Mr.Agung and Mr.Al azhar Rezky who's willing to contact their SPV and share my lost hat on Avsec personel group chat to find it faster. To Mr.Amsari who's accompany me go to OD (On duty Room) to pick up my lost hat. Also To Mrs.Lulu for help to process administration of return. I want to share this so hopefully many Passengers that have same experience like me can asked to Avsec person and found their lost things. Keep it a good work! 👍🏻👍🏻
