It honestly feels like the recruitment process prioritizes the wrong qualities.
There are countless SOPs in place, yet none seem to include how to treat residents with basic courtesy. We pay service charges expecting a certain level of service, but unfortunately, that expectation is far from met. Instead of providing support, the security team consistently creates problems and adds stress to daily life.
This has made living here a very unpleasant experience. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they hire and how they train their staff.
