"Honestly, I can’t think of a good reason to come to Bali without trying a massage — it’s part of the island’s soul. This spot is known as the best massage parlor in Bali.
From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. A refreshing drink, a gentle introduction to the different massage packages and essential oils, and then we were guided to change. It started with a soothing foot wash and exfoliation, followed by a massage that melted away every ounce of tiredness.
Travel is about living in the moment — letting go of stress, breathing deeply, and just being present. Afterwards, we sat in the lobby with a cup of hot tea, completely refreshed."

"the service was amazing and our masseur were really sweet and friendly. mine always ensured to check in on me. the staff were all very polite and well mannered, often greeting and bidding farewell with a smile and a bow.
the massage was amazing. my friends and i enjoyed it very much. i chose the lowest strength as i prefer a much gentler massage and she did an amazing job.
our tour guide also told us this place is very popular, especially among tourists, and it’s always fully book so do make an appointment first!"

"This spa is highly rated and it did not disappoint. I loved the lobby ambiance as you enter, in a traditional very rustic farm house design. We made a prior reservation and was warmly welcomed by Surya at the reception. She was very kind to explain all details and helped to choose among essential oils available for our 60 minutes traditional rice farmer massage. Afterwards we were assisted to our treatment room and introduced to our therapists' Sekar and Rasih.
This style of massage involves mostly the use of arm and elbow of the therapist. Overall the massage was very satisfying for my very stiff shoulder and leg muscles. They were very considerate and consistent on how you want the massage pressure would be.
Prior to arriving at the spa we were informed that their shower facility was under maintenance, it was not really a big deal for us. They gave us extra towels to wipe out the body oil after our massage. We then headed back to the lobby for a small tea time.
This was a great spa experience for us. Highly recommended indeed and we hope someday we could come back. Thank you for the service and hard work of all the staff here at Ubud Traditional Spa. Please keep it up!"
