"It's an old residential building with a 3 story commercial complex beneath it , it gives you a nostalgic feel since this building was constructed pre 1970 era. The residential side of it is okay it's not as luxurious as other other residential towers in the area but given its age it delivers. I've heard that recently power outages have been an issue on the residential side."
