"It is a great place if the targeted visitors aren't that much. But especially during holidays a lot of tourists go there for evining and to rest before vising the castle so it can be a little crowded and there is not enough space. The fountain are beautifully designed yet a little bit dirty which is a suprise considering how clean erbil streets are !
I think that with a little work and some money spend well on the place it would make a great tourist target, especially with the view of the gorgeous castle and the nearby down town shopping center and the beautiful architectural watch in the place."
