"Saw Kevin Mooney’s “Tubersclerosies” last night. The young woman at the entrance said it was about colonialism and the Great Hunger. I walked in, I had the gallery to myself. Haunting is the word that comes to mind. I could see the beauty in what I perceived as pagan themes but they were obscured, warped. I recognized Brigid and sacred trees. The green of the land flowed throughout. It could have been beautiful but history wouldn’t have it."

"I'm into buildings, bridges, rivers, mountains etc rather than Art, so to keep this review simple I liked the building, a good mix of modern and old with plenty of information on the building itself and fantastic river views. I did wander round the art exhibition (duty bound) but as expected I didn't get anything from it - that's just me I'm afraid."
