We had a great time at this kids' playground! The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities for children of all ages. I came with my two kids, ages 4 and 6, and they were so excited to play together in the soft play area.
At first, a staff member told me they couldn't play together due to the age difference, which I understand as a safety rule. However, I spoke to the manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She clarified that a 2-year age gap (especially between 4 and 6) was perfectly fine, and allowed them to enjoy the space together. I really appreciated her common sense and flexibility.
All the staff were polite and attentive, and I could see they genuinely care about the kids' safety and happiness. My children had a blast, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!"

"Great spot to bring kids. My 1.5 year old and 4.5 year old were playing in the same area, whereas normally my toddler is bored in the toddler area. The bigger section for 5+ looked brilliant. Staff were friendly, snacks available at little counter, lockers available, and viewing section upstairs for bigger area to keep an eye."

"Paid 10 euro for my 3 year old to go into the soft play area which is unsuitable for a little person. No obvious way around and had to get help to get her out. She waited patiently for her older brother to come out to bring her around only to be told their time was up. Very hard for parents of little ones to even figure out where they are. Disappointing trip. Ps. Staff were a bit rude too, especially in the restaurant area."
