SEA LIFE Bray Aquarium is a well-regarded indoor attraction, particularly praised for its friendly and knowledgeable staff who enhance the visitor experience with talks and feeding demonstrations. Families with young children find it engaging, especially the touch pools and ocean tunnel. However, some visitors feel it is a bit overpriced for its size and the duration of the visit.
"It's back ..it's reopened!
Marine Life Bray has opened and it's already attracting lots of lovely families and visitors.
A small well run aquarium with excellent staff who are passionate about their centre and only too happy to help and engage.
This is not a large Aquarium but it is Perfect for a family day out at Bray Seafront combined with other fun stuff olong the seafront.
With its bright blue entrance you are immediately into this wonderful open area including the shop with reception desk. ( For those with smaller children use this as a treat for on the way out. As you come out again via the shop so you can put this immediate temptation off, by saying let's find a favourite new friend and check here later! The guys are limited on space so it's the only place for the shop)
Enter the Aquarium and your visit starts with a large open tank which little ones can easily see into.
Down further passing another tank you go further on and then there are plenty of interesting colorful different viewing stops.
Lots of bright moving colorful marine life..
Also snakes. Lizards and even a Tarantula!
They are creating a butterfly room how exciting but only starting off now another few weeks and it should be fab.
There are plenty of info tables on the walls and lots of help from the amazing staff who will happily stop and tell you all about the section you stop at.
It's not huge but it's plenty for a family visit and afternoon out.
As it's December we added in Santa visit and he was there and really engaging. Left with an 8 year old thrilled with a brilliant present and absolutely shocked Santa knew so much! Thankyou Santa and your elves for an amazing time.
Be patient as this new visitor attraction finds its sea legs and starts to open up gradually but so far so good!!
Best of luck to all the team at Marine Life Bray ."

"Had a great time out with the family yesterday. The aquarium looks much better and cleaner than it was, though has the same layout and I loved the addition of the butterfly garden. A big plus was visiting Santa and his lovely elves, they were fab with the kids and looked great. Kids were buzzing after."

"Had a wonderful visit today. Great to see the aquarium open again. Has same layout with some new attractions added like a snake and some frogs etc. Staff are very friendly and informative and the gift shop is well stocked with a nice range of items for all budgets. Has a nice little area woth some colouring pages and a little Santa's grotto at the moment. Good for a local family day out. Only quibble is one of the biggest tanks is closed for maintenance and also a little bit pricey for entry considering the size of it."
