"What a place to have a walk. Nice surface, flat, well maintained, clean, with a lot of benches and the whole trail has exactly 5 km so it s really easy to run on it also. Nice sights and on a sunny day itbis quite a delight. I traveled from Dublin and came here with some friends that are locals but I never expected to have such a good time and enjoy a full 10 km walk from Carrigaline to Crosshaven and back and not feel tired even a bit. The place is really nice and you can find a lot of information about the place, the nature and the old history of the place with the famous railway track that used to be here. But the real attraction is the waterbwith the shores and the boats with a surprising view. I managed to get some really good pictures here."

"Lovely long walk between Carrigaline and Crosshaven. Sometimes their are coffee trucks serving coffee.
The only thing is that cyclists can also use this walk way, they can go very fast. I was run into by a cyclist one time when I was out for a walk.
They also have picnic tables spread about the place and benches."
