"The hotel is amazing and at this time of year it is a winter wonderland. The room are stunning and cozy. The food is delightful. However, its the exceptional staff that truely makes this hotel special. Nothing is too much to ask. Everyone working together to make their customers experience special. A special mention to the Manager Vijay, who looked after me as I was looking for a room at last minute during a veely busy week. It would have taken a miracle to get me a room when the hotel aas fully booked. As the evening went on I wasnt expecting it to work out. But fair play Vijay came to find me in the middle of a busy conference when luck came in and a room came free. Absolute life saver! Thank you."

"Absolutely impressive hotel! The company I work for had a Christmas party organised for us yesterday so I had a chance to visit Clontarf Castle Hotel. Did not see the rooms but the rest of the hotel looks really spectacular! The space for the event was enormous, with a stage and dance podium (also used for weddings). The vibe of the hotel is very cozy and quiet. Lots of parking lots and kind staff. Definitely would be open to staying at the hotel even though we live in Dublin 😂 The food was easily 10/10"

"We stayed last month at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience, particularly the breakfast. As a vegan, I was shocked to find that there were virtually no suitable options available when I asked, I was told they could offer potatoes and tomatoes. That was it.
For a hotel charging nearly £350 a night plus extra for breakfast, the lack of care for dietary preferences is unacceptable. Other hotels at this price point even standard chains provide full breakfast menus with clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options, and staff who actually check with guests. Here, I felt like being vegan was an inconvenience.
This was supposed to be a fine dining experience, but it left a very sour taste both literally and figuratively. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, save your money and go elsewhere. There are far better hotels that understand inclusivity and hospitality.
Rooms - Dirty air conditions...next time you go in check the amount of dust collected. Pillows were not great and hard.
