"Well maintained and designed trail. My friend and I are vacationing in Donegal and had a lovely walk along this river."
Elizabeth
"Absolutely beautiful walk along River Eske. Flanked with trees on both sides. View of River is little bit shrouded by the dense trees, however there were trails which can take you near the river bank. Ruins of Abbey and the Waterbus stops are both clearly visible from here. Different types of bird feeders were also placed all along the route so keep looking and you would see many bird guests.. We walked until the open corner (approx 1.5 km) and then retraced back, but if you keep following it will bring you back on main road little bit ahead of where you started.."
Chandan Ray
"Lovely little walk along the river--some fairies have taken up residence so be sure to look out for them. 😉"
