"We spent some time dabating which beach to visit in this area but we're pleased we chose this one.

As others have noted, the key is to visit at low tide. Then you have a large expanse of sand, rock pools and plenty of space. It was pretty quiet mid-week in May when we visited.

There is plenty of parking on the road which runs alongside the beach. There are (rather disgusting) toilets just a minute away. Otherwise just the beach to enjoy. It was notably very clean."

Adam Sewell

"Beautiful beach. Well worth a visit, plenty of free parking but it does get busy."
