"The entire experience was great. My wife and 15 year old daughter rented bikes and cycled from Sallins to Cliff at Lyons. The bikes were very comfortable and we didn't have to change gears as the route is completely flat, following along side the canal. I would highly recommend Grand Canal Greenway Bike Hire for their bikes but also as a good starring point for a cycle.
