"A friend recommended trying the Sauna and sea dip combination a couple of months ago and it is absolutely amazing. The view from the sauna is breathtaking. The owner Maryanne and her daughter are so nice and helpful, guiding us, so as to get the best out of our timeslot. I had never swam in the ocean when the sun wasn't shining, yet the sauna/sea dip combination is something that is enjoyable in sunshine and in the rain. A cold outdoor shower is provided if you don't want a dip in the ocean. Large buckets with lids are provided to store your belongings while you're using the Sauna.
Sauna hats, small towels to sit on and swim shoes are available to use if you forget to bring your own. Watch the time while in the ocean, as your time slot can slip away while enjoying the ocean. Truly amazing."

We really enjoyed the experience and was only sorry that we didn't go for an hour instead of the half hour slot. The owner Maryanne was so kind and even gave us sliders to go down to the water as we forgot ours.
