What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Wicklow Way Enniskerry section for its beautiful scenery and accessible starting point in a charming village. The varied terrain offers an engaging hiking experience, though some note the presence of tarmac paths. Overall, it's considered a worthwhile part of the longer Wicklow Way trail.
"Starting point...or in my case the end point. I think walking from south to north is finer/better. Then you save the best for last and can celebrate in one of Dublin's many cool pubs. The Wicklow Way is beautiful and definitely worthwhile in my opinion. There are stunning views, beautiful stretches of scenery and friendly people. You just also have to bear in mind regular walking on tarmac, and forestry and agriculture. Moreover, it's tricky where to stay if you sleep in a tent (like me)."
