Be'erot Khan is highly praised as a top-tier desert campground, especially for its unparalleled stargazing opportunities and comfortable facilities. Visitors love the clean amenities, quiet atmosphere, and the unique experience of camping within the magnificent Ramon Crater. Some minor concerns include potential sandstorms and the need for advance booking.
"Very nice campground in the middle of the Magnificent desert / Ramon crater. Perfect for families, couples and individuals. Probably one of the best places in Israel to see the stars and the milky way"

"I didn't stay for the night, but only enjoyed using a safe place for parking my car while enjoying a long hike around the amazing Ramon Crater.
There were about 50 cars parking at night, and an even the security guard stopped us for asking the intention of our entering the camp area during the dark hours.
When coming back from the hike, the place was almost empty from cars with no one outside. Yet - safer from dropping the car in one of the day parking places around."

"Went camping in Be'erot. We've first needed to book in National Parks & Reserves site. The place was great, offering a clean toilet and shower, along with water for washing hands and dishes next to the sleeping location and power outlets as well. For those who love the quiet and emptiness of the desert, it's promised to be a great experience.
A lot of sand storm in the evening."
