"Nice walks from here not too strenuous"

"An excellent place to start a few easy going scenery hikes in the Carmel.
For families with small kids (climbable age ;-), about 5 and up) I suggest taking the red trail down and go back up in the green trail leading to the parking lot. There’s shade on the way back and wonderful views.
Also, I prefer arriving early (before 10:00am) in order to travel with relative space from other groups (the place gets pretty crowded afterwards).
There a stand selling Druz Pitta on Saturdays and usually a local entrepreneur selling popsicles."

"Very nice nature walk. If you walk well go down the White GREEN White trail in the ravin, between the trees and bushes, and return on the wide easy White RED White trail. You continue further down the steap ravin with the White BLUE White trail via Wadi Galim to Tirat Hakarmel, but there is no return trail after besides going backwards or pick up at Tirat Hakarmel. Nice views of the Carmel Mountain and natural forrest."
