"Beautiful, clean park with plenty of parking. Lots of grass to sit on and enjoy a picnic with a stunning view of the Old City in the background. There are also seating areas scattered around if you prefer something more comfortable. From the park you can clearly see David’s Tower, the Dome of the Rock, and the walls surrounding the Old City. A great spot for families, or for couples looking for something romantic. We were there on Friday around 2 PM and the parking lot was almost empty."

"This is a nice, calm and quiet park. There’s a bit of everything here - rugged pathways, patches of forest, open fields, fountains, and public art installations. It’s a fun place to explore and wander. There are also steps leading to a beautiful neighborhood worth walking through called Yemin Moshe. Great to visit both during the day and in the evening when the walls are lit. Stroll in the narrow streets towards it, walk on the stairs, enjoy the freshness of the running water. We enjoyed seeing the family friendly Lion Fountain on the south side of Bloomfield Garden. Just east of the fountain are where you will find very nice views of the Old City and Mount Zion to your east. At night the garden is partly lit, and a considerable part is quite dark and attracts suspicious people who hang around there. It is not always the most pleasant experience you will have."
