I'm going to Israel through Birthright. Any tips?

I'm leaving on the 15th with Shorashim and I'm just doing the ten day trip, no extensions. The trip is mostly made up of people from my college's Hillel. I was wondering if anyone had tips about being in Israel, going with Birthright, or just traveling in general. Thanks!

Critique my 7 day Israel/Palestine itinerary

So I am going to Israel and Palestine for 8 days in January, flying in on a Saturday and out on a Saturday which reflects my plans (as I wanted to minimise my time in Tel Aviv). Was mainly looking at spending time in Jerusalem and Palestine. **Day 1** I land into TLV very late…

Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Jerusalem Artists House for its free, well-curated contemporary art exhibitions housed in a beautiful, historic building. The onsite Mona restaurant is a culinary highlight, though some find it pricey. The gardens offer a pleasant respite.

"Again one of our little finds while wondering the streets. Nice relaxing atmosphere, nice and unique artwork, lovely gardens, worth a visit. There's also a lovely restaurant but it wasn't open when we visited"

Claire Parker

"The beautiful gallery based on one of the most historical buildings in Jerusalem. The place was once the beginning of Betsalel art academy. The place hosts a lot of interesting artists, it's highly recommended. If you are lucky, try to sneak peak the right hand side of the room after the entrance, the elderly lady working in the room can give you a bit of history lecture..."

Tetsuya desu

"3 floors of an intimate and well curated exhibition. Get here at 5pm and grab dinner @ the restaurant downstairs Mona (one of our favs)"
