"I stayed with my month old toddler in this hotel for a couple of days in March 2022. The structure and the building are very impressive. Unfortunately I did experience a lack of customer service. There seems to be very little communication between the management and the people who work there. in my room we had a huge gap in the door so the air conditioning/ heating would constantly go on and off because of the cold air coming into the room. My baby got sick. The service stuff tried its best but there was not even an apology from people at the reception. generally I would advise you not to book this hotel if you travel with baby stroller, if you have walking disabilities or need it wheel chair. The elevators are tiny and in order to enter the hotel you have to climb up at least 10 steps of stairs outside of the building. They do have a security guard placed inside that could easily come out and help people with stroller or walking disabilities. But apparently you have to call the reception by phone to send someone outside. My overall experience is that this hotel has so much potential and I would wish that the YMCA would invest in the training of the management and people who work there."
