Visitors consistently rave about the Artists' Quarter, highlighting its beautiful, intimate atmosphere and the exceptional hospitality of hosts like Joy and Evan. The unique historical charm of the accommodations and the vibrant art scene are major draws, creating a truly memorable and enriching experience.
"Absolutely beautiful!
Sweetest hosts, clean, hot water, incredible location!
Would recommend!"
Meira Berendt
"Joy and Evan are such great hosts, and these rooms that are 200-400 years old (no one knows for sure if they were there before the great earthquake) are so beautiful. You can tell the hosts thought of everything when they designed the place. It's spacious, yet cozy.
We're also picky eaters and Joy was happy to accommodate or may little food-related requests while also trying to keep it varied for us.
My sister also told them we were coming for my birthday, which meant balloons were waiting for me upon arrival.
It was lovely to chat with Joy and Evan, too, and it was just clear how much they care.
The place is almost like an hidden gem. A metal door at the end of a dark alley, and when it opens you find yourself in a lovely, intimate garden.
It's beautiful all around, and we can not recommend it enough."
Chen Drachman
"Besides the city being magical, mysterious, and healing we had the privilege to be hosted by Joy and Evan.
The sweetness and generosity they added to our trip was apparent. We felt right at home and experienced a more homier side to Israel!
On top of the amazing energy this family had, the rooms are amazing! A true experience of the old city!
I highly recommend. You won't regret."
