The entrance is only on foot, before descending to Baia di Trentova. I recommend doing so in spring.
It belongs to the Cilento National Park, is very well signposted, and there are several places to stop under the shade with wooden tables and chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea. Some even had fire pits.
There are many trails leading to the sea, and you can also take the wider main path, where you'll come across many lizards and butterflies.
I wasn't able to do the entire hike, but the area is worth exploring because it's so well preserved.
There are no bars or kiosks, except in Baia di Trentova. I recommend bringing water."
