What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Cala dei Gabbiani's stunning beauty, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic cliff scenery, often calling it a paradise. Its pebble beach and accessibility primarily by boat contribute to its less crowded, more tranquil atmosphere compared to other famous coves. Some note the pebbles can be uncomfortable without water shoes, and afternoon shade can limit sunbathing time.
"This is an outstanding beach if you come by a boat. Nowadays they take some money for stepping onto the beach but you can swim around for free. It’s pretty easy to anchor in a dinghy. Also large commercial boats don’t disembark tourists here (only smaller ones), so the beach and the area is not as crowded. And overall this beach is less hyped than Cala Goloritze. Amazing stay in a dinghy boat overall, highly recommend."

"Our favorite Cala of all.
And that is saying much considering all of the wonderful amazing places worth seeing in the coast of Sardegna. I’m gonna let the pictures do the talking…"
Florencia Soruco
"Less popular than its sister Mariolu but not less beautiful. Less crowded. Crystal clear water, gorgeous views and interesting “sand”, more like little stones. Paradise on earth."
