"Montegibboo Castle and the surrounding area is a very charming place. The castle itself is not 5 star site (it would need some attention and renovation here and there), but the whole package, including the drive to here, beautiful, calm countryside, local Caseificios you can visit and a beautiful park surrounding the castle was a great experience. There is no entry feed to enter Castle’s courtyard, but there was nothing else to visit, everything was closed and no tourists were there. It seems that in the last months this has changed and in high season you can book a tour with groups and there are events held through the summer."
