What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Borgo di Babbo Natale offers a magical Christmas experience in a medieval village, praised for its festive decorations, friendly staff, and engaging shows for children. However, some visitors found the ticket price unjustified due to high food costs and limited market variety, with occasional issues regarding maintenance and program scheduling.
"The ticket price is completely unjustified. A small roundabout with four food trucks for lunch. The ice rink is out of order. They provide a QR code to monitor the program and participate in the events, but the program is revised every half hour, and the shows are ultimately scheduled at the same time. Aside from the talented dancers (whom the children don't understand), the shows are not very engaging.
Santa Claus takes a break for over an hour, and it's not possible to visit the house even without him because he's "resting."
There's very little Christmassy about it. The Christmas market only has one stall selling macramé bags. They're cute, but I don't see any connection to Christmas.
No Christmas items are sold.
It's a shame for the people who work there, because they always try so hard to be super nice.
I bought the ticket online to save €5 per person, but no one ever asked me to show my ticket.
Definitely a place to avoid."

"Warning. Bring food and drinks for children. Very high prices and it's difficult to pay by card. In my opinion, it's not worth it. Few games and €6 for 5 shots of 🏐. Everything is very dirty and poorly maintained."
Enea Travel
"The workshops, circus, and various shows are the perfect place to experience the Christmas atmosphere.
Elves, artists, and Santa Claus are friendly and helpful, ready to engage all the children.
There are many shows for the kids to see.
The little train was also a big hit.
Given the price of admission and the almost all-inclusive price, I'd say it's definitely worth it.
We'll be back in a few weeks."
