What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Terme Val Rendena Caderzone Terme are highly polarized. While some guests found the experience fabulous and good value, many others reported significant issues with cold water temperatures, cleanliness, and overcrowding, leading to a disappointing and overpriced visit. The surrounding natural beauty of Val Rendena is consistently praised.
"Overall, a negative experience; I don't give it even one star.
The rooms were cold, the pool water was cold, and with the windows open high up, I sought refuge in the sauna. It was perpetually crowded with people lounging around who were disrespectful of others, and the Turkish bath was freezing.
It's pointless to book admission, where after twenty minutes of being there, a Fiuggi bus arrives, causing incredible confusion to try all the experiences... far from relaxing, very few loungers available and too crowded... but evidently the owners just want to make money at the expense of hit-and-run tourism, last but not least, cleanliness, and that's not least...
The exhaust vents in the changing rooms were filthy, to say the least, clogged with dust and hair... And we paid for all this!!
I'm sorry, but to avoid any misunderstanding, I'm reluctantly attaching some photos.
I don't recommend an experience here."

"I was here yesterday afternoon with some friends of mine: a terrible experience.
First of all, we were greeted very coldly and superficially by the staff at the desk. After being given a single bracelet to open the locker in the changing room (for two people), my friend and I entered and found a squalid situation: the floor was flooded even at the entrance, cold, and with little room to move. Furthermore, the bathroom had a toilet, along with a shower, and a woman was drying her hair in there given the limited space.
We then headed to the pool area, which was too cold at the wrong temperature. The atmosphere was equally cold, both in terms of temperature and overall quality... there wasn't even any adequate sound, and the lighting in the common areas was excessively bright.
Finally, even the herbal tea corner was bare and there wasn't even a snack, except for two whole apples thrown there.
We definitely don't recommend it and we'll never return.
P.S. Overpriced"

"Entrance to the "baby wellness" morning program, only the pool and salt cave are open, with an additional fee. Two adults and one child: €42, including the salt cave.
Poor value for money, not so much for the price, but for the experience; the rooms are small and poorly maintained.
From the outside, the facility is fantastic; inside, it's truly mediocre.
The salt cave is quite sad.
Too bad."
