To reach the beach you’ll have to go by car to the closest point where you can park (Calamosche parking) and from there you’ll have to walk for about 25 minutes. Reviews Summary

Calamosche Beach is widely praised for its stunning turquoise waters, natural beauty, and relatively secluded atmosphere, offering a tranquil escape. While the walk and entrance fees are noted, visitors find the experience well worth it for the pristine environment and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Some mention crowds during peak times and the lack of facilities, emphasizing the need to come prepared.

"Amazing place and not crowded. Feel isolated and calm. Note that entrance fee 3.5 euro per a person and 5 euro for a parking. But I would say it worth visiting with paying for preserving the nature and they also have several working shower booths in paring lot, which was convenient. ~ 15 mins between parking and beach. You would feel more times if there is a strong sun 😎🔥🥵"

"This was my favourite beach in southern Sicily. Turquoise water and not excessively crowded considering I got there on a Saturday in August at 2pm. There is 15 min walk from the ticket office to the beach but it’s mostly flat. Good shoes would still be helpful as the road is not paved. Despite the walk it’s definitely worth it - it’s actually not much further than some beaches where you have to park some way away. The ticket office controls the traffic (which also means you have to queue and wait at the office during the busy time - we waited around 20 min). I heard someone say they let people through at certain intervals but this didn’t come from an official staff."

"Beautiful and secluded beach.

Unfortunately we visited in a cloudy and windy day, so the sea was a bit wavy, but yet the surroundings were beautiful.

We paid €5 to park the car, but this included a small panino. You also have to pay €3,5 to access the beach.

It's a 10 minutes walk, relatively easy. There's also a longer walk up to the villa, but we didn't take it.

I'd definitely consider visiting again in a better day."
