However, some guests have reported issues with noise levels at night and inconsistent heating during colder months, suggesting a need for attention to comfort and quietude.
"Sara was very kind and helpful to us on our bikes, coming out to meet us and show us where to secure our bikes and show our rooms. She gave us options for places to eat dinner and breakfast the next day, and went above and beyond by chatting about beautiful routes in the area. Stay here for a cozy and comfortable stay in beautiful Castelnuovo Berardenga."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!
We stayed here just one night and had a horrible experience.
The towels were so old they looked gray and dirty, they were white probably years ago or they were not washed clean.
Also the owner (Sara) switched the heat off in the middle of th night and turned it back on in morning. ( we were there in JANUARY) So the room was so cold we were shivering. I caught a cold because of that.
The stairs leading us to one very small room was smelly and didn’t look clean."
Simin Gheflati
"We spent three nights in this small townhouse. A simple, clean, and functional guest room. Housekeeping was done daily. For €60/night. Very well located in a pretty, lively village. Free parking nearby. A warm welcome from Sara. Very dynamic and attentive. She gave us tips on how to park easily and for free in Siena. Very friendly. Thank you very much, Sara."
