"A short hike from the village of Casere with a wooded section which leads into a steep and rocky climb to the top. At the top(1018m) you get great views of Lake Maggiore and across to Varese lake and Campo dei Fiori. You can continue along the top all the way over to Monte Nudo which is around 1200m high , it's a really cool walk that runs across the crest with lots of wooded parts and also more rocky climbs. There is also a nice bar in Casere that you can call in after if you decide to do the full tour. Definitely recommend if your local to the area or just visiting."
