"Nice views even though it’s an artificial waterfall. The entry is pretty pricey considering it’s a short walk."
Ron Patishi
"Very nice experience.
A number of waterfalls that flow gently, until they open the dam and then the flow is very strong and exciting.
parking is 5 minutes walk from the entrance, near the ticket counter. we purchased online so didnt need to stand in line for tickets.
the park has two entrances - up and down (inderiore and superiore). This one is the bottom and i recommend to start from here.
check out the opening hours and the water release hours in their website before you visit and plan accordingly.
the park is also nice to see when the dam is not open, but its still much more exciting when it is open.
the dam opening isnt dramatic, its gradual so dont expect a sudden flood. but after a few minutes the current becomes very strong.
we started with going up on trail no. 1
its a climb of 600 stairs to the top .
there is a very nice view of the waterfall from the top.
then we went back down and theu trails 2 and 3 along the waterfalls which was awesome.
there is plenty if food and drinks around the park."

Use a waterproof camera bag or a rain cover for your camera. A lens hood can also help deflect some of the mist. Consider bringing microfiber cloths to wipe your lens frequently.

Early morning or late afternoon can offer softer light and fewer crowds. However, the dramatic power of the falls during a water release is often the main photographic draw, regardless of the time of day.
