What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find Cooperativa di Cortina to be a well-stocked department store with a great selection of outdoor gear and local products. While some note higher prices on certain items, many appreciate the quality, the helpful staff, and the convenience of finding a variety of goods under one roof. However, a few have reported negative customer service experiences regarding returns.
"Amazing selection of shoes at level 3. My mother had been trying to find an ideal shoe for hiking and she was served by the lovely Silvia who was extremely patient with her and let her try on many shoes until she was satisfied with her choice. Eventually she settled on a great pair of Salomon X Ultra 360s. Thanks to the shop and Silvia for the great shopping experience!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Complete rip off. I picked a sweatshirt off of the rack in the store for €70, it looked completely fine. Then, they decided to grab one from the back that was inside plastic and the drawstrings were completely melted into the stitching. Their customer service was extremely rude and could not even communicate with me. They refused to refund me or give me a new sweatshirt. I will never buy anything from this store ever again, and I suggest you never go near this store as well."

"The shop in general is great. However, the prices are high. Some. Exactly the same gifts are available in others shop much cheaper. Good place for rainy days. Check the working time, there is a 2 hours break during the day."
