Staff were super friendly and helped me despite me speaking rubbish Italian. There is also a cafe on-site.
Close to the museum on a road near the town square is a gorgeous view of the whole of florence. Perfect day.
I would suggest getting up there earlier especially on weekends as the number of increased at lunchtime."
