Reviews Summary

While Portofino is undeniably beautiful, some visitors have experienced issues with tour reliability and punctuality, leading to missed connections or unexpected costs. Others found the tours to be overpriced for the limited information provided. Many recommend opting for independent travel via train and bus for a more dependable and cost-effective experience.

"Very late ! No puntual
only one bus each half hour.they tell us that is 4 buses is not true !
You must wait 1 and half hour!
So don’t waste your marvellous time waiting"

Florencia Araujo

"We were cruising. Because of this tour we had to take a taxi in return. They sad at 3 pm we’ll be in Genova. The bus had technical problem and came at 2.45 in portofino not 2.15 pm. The driver and assistant never explained anything. Normally they should be at 2.15 pm in portofino with the new arranged bus! Because it was very risky we had to take taxi and payed more… they still didn’t refund our moneys back and we couldn’t have 1 hour around in Genova because of them. We could barely catch our cruise. Go for your cruise private tours. Don’t take risk. If you’re late, the cruise won’t take you in."

Damla Guray

"Quite disappointing, considering that for 60€ you have a transport to Portofino and, honestly, pathetic tour during ride (For example just saying that something is located on the right but without ANY story about the object itself)
Would not recommend, go by train.

EDIT: You can go by train and then bus, still much cheaper and also more reliable, because your bus was late both ways 😂"
