Assistance: Mr. Roberto was always available by phone and responsive.
Location: The apartment is strategically located, easily accessible from the highway and close to the main Argentario exit, with easy access to Porto Santo Stefano or Porto Ercole.
Facilities: Clean and tidy, with air conditioning and an automatic gate (remote control is provided).
Parking: We arrived by motorcycle, and were given the option of leaving it parked in the shade under the pergola.
At the end of our stay, the lovely Mrs. Rosa and Mr. Roberto, although not obligated, allowed us to take a shower in the outdoor bathroom so we could face the return journey clean and free of salt.

"We stayed for three nights inside the structure. The location is optimal if you want to spend a holiday in the magnificent coves of Argentario, near the cities of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. You need to use the car even just to go get bread or go to the pharmacy, the closest village where you can do the shopping is Albinia. While you can reach the sea of Giannella on foot. (We have never been there, we preferred to see other coves).
The apartment has everything you need to spend the days of your stay comfortably. The cooking area is well equipped, upon our arrival they warned us that one of the two induction plates was not working at the moment and they provided us with a second induction plate, with a lower power, but useful for preparing the sauce, the meat or the moka. So we had three burners in total. As for the bedroom and the bathroom nothing to say, they were fine. The only advice I feel like giving is to add a product holder inside the shower so as to be able to at least place the soap inside.
The pluses of this apartment: the parking, the air conditioning, the outside table to eat, the different common areas that had external sinks very useful for washing costumes, the water hose to rinse the car.
Mrs. Rosa was always available and friendly, knowing that we wanted to go to the beach on the last day she let us take a shower inside a room outside our apartment. It was really super convenient. To conclude, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful holiday."
