In the middle of the lake sits a small island that adds to the charm, with what seem to be restaurants or houses that truly take your breath away. While the water isn’t the cleanest, the overall scenery more than makes up for it. It’s a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature."

"This park is what makes Castiglione Del Lago very special to me. The historic hilltop village is very charming but the surrounding landscape and view of the lake make this a very unique destination.
So many beautiful sites!"

"Parco Regionale del Lago Trasimeno is a truly beautiful place to visit, full of natural charm and peaceful scenery. We hired a boat on the lake which was a fantastic experience and a real highlight of our trip. The views are stunning and it feels very relaxing. The only small downside is there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, so insect repellent is a must. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for enjoying nature and the water, highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a memorable day out."
