What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Parco Te and Palazzo Te offer a mixed experience. The Sala dei Giganti is a universally praised, awe-inspiring artistic marvel. However, the surrounding park, while featuring recreational amenities, suffers from noticeable neglect and litter, diminishing its appeal for some visitors.
"We went to Parco Te, which I'd been wanting to visit for a while. From the photos, I expected it to be a truly beautiful and well-kept place, but walking inside, I had a different feeling.
The park offers several recreational areas: a small but charming playground, basketball courts, a dog area, chessboards, and tables with electrical outlets for charging cell phones. Unfortunately, however, these outlets are almost all broken and unusable.
The downside is the poor maintenance: tables littered with food scraps, coffee cups left on benches, bottles and trash scattered on the ground. Even the flowerbeds aren't very well-kept, and overall, the park gives off an impression of neglect, marred by the rudeness of its visitors. A real shame, because it has so much potential."
