Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Cantine Florio for its fascinating history, impressive ancient cellars, and the passionate guides who bring the story of Marsala wine to life. The wine tasting with pairings is a highlight, offering a delightful sensory experience. However, some find the tours a bit long and occasionally difficult to hear the guide due to group size.
"Fascinating place to visit- well presented tour, though a little too long and difficult to hear/understand the guide at times though it was obvious she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the process. I tho k the group was too big- around 30-40 people. The tasting at the end consisted of 4 wines and accompanying snacks. But again, difficult to hear the guide’s descriptions. We enjoyed it though!"

"Let’s be honest. The property is beautiful, the Shop is incredibly well designed, you can easily see the assortiment of wines they produce. But you can’t taste them. Unless you had a reservation for a guided tour wich last 1:45. So we left without discovering the taste of Marsala wine and without buying anything. it could be interresting to offer a tasting in the Shop, Even if we have to pay. We only had half a day in marsala, so we didnt have Time for a 2 hours guided tour, and because we were driving right after, no intention of tasting more that 2 of their wines. Missed opportunity."
