"I can’t believe people can give this place only one star. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. Great service, friendly but still professional staff. Excellent restaurant. Breakfast had many options including scrambled eggs or omelette made for you. Great pool, nice beach (although pebbles not sand). It’s true the rooms are small, the balcony was in the sun (can’t go out there when it’s hot) but the evening views were magnificent."

"Nice hotel facilities directly by the beach and great view. Unfortunately, the clear negative of this hotel is the staff: unmotivated, not very friendly, slow, almost no English skills. Service is definitely not on a 4* level and the staff needs training. Would like to order something at the bar restaurant? Be prepared for being ignored for a long time, because there is no waiter. Or you get the menu, but the waiter never returns to get your order. Rooms are very small too and bathrooms would need some renovation. This place could do so much better if management was more professional."

"we truly enjoyed our stay at la casa e il mare! The relaxing ambiance, the deco chic architecture and the really nice staff. A special thanks to Pablo who is making really nice coffee, Philomena for being so informative and caring and the rest of the staff for their professionalism.
The place is definitely nice but not a 5 star, it is advertised as a 4 star, and provides a 4 star service.
