What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Climbers praise the stable rock and well-maintained routes, offering a great variety for all skill levels and rewarding panoramic views of Lake Como. Some note updated anchors require extra care. The area is best enjoyed in the morning before crowds arrive.
"Nice place. Can be crowded.
The replacement of the open fix points at the top of the routes by two closed rings was IMHO a bad idea: Makes it necessary to secure yourself and the rope against accidental slippage, untie an re-tie your main knot in the wall.
Not overly complicated and easy to do if youโre used to it, but all in all an unnecessary complication and a risk increase for beginners."

"The quantity of the routes makes reading the topo hard. But fist of all, the topo is provided by a sign near by the tunnel, secondly, the view is awesome and the rock stabil. A lot of routes for beginners also, as well as a lot of routes of a medium climbing scale up to a view hard ones. We enjoyed our stay in the afternoon (with mid-day the area is in the shadow)."

"Once I met a Californian woman who climbed here.
I hope to see you again
