Reviews Summary
Mortelle Beach offers a beautiful seaside experience with many guests praising the cleanliness, excellent dinners, and polite staff. "This is more of a targeted review focused on the Reception staff. Both front desk managers I have had the pleasure to interact with - Serena and Louise - they were awesome! Wether it was about finding a currency exchange office, booking a day trip, or coming up with ideas of their own about fun things to do in the area, they were extremely helpful; they called as many places as needed and then they provided foolproof instructions and directions to make sure we made the best of our vacation. Thank you! :-)"

"It's a very wonderful place to stay in your trip to sicily. The food is excellent, small bungalow type houses, great beds, showers, big bathrooms. The TV signal was poor since day 2 and the room service woman stole our soap bars for some reason. Like, we opened them first day and then second day they were gone. We went ahead to ask for more soap at the reception and we recieved it. Next day when we got back home it was gone. Then the next day too. We were there during easter and we got a little package of chocolate eggs as a little secret. Then there's another secret but I'll let you discover it yourselves. As for the location, if you don't own a car, you're pretty much camp bound. There is a bus passing by every few hours, but less frequently during Easter and the closest village you can go to, Messina, is 3 km away. The camp is next to the beach. There's a swimming pool at the camp. I would not recommend it tho, but that's up to you."
