"I arrived at Terminal 2 of Malpensa Airport and immediately noticed how exceptionally clean it was. There’s a long moving walkway that takes you toward the exit, followed by stairs or an elevator to reach outside. The connection to Milano Centrale is very easy, the buses are parked right outside the terminal.
Overall, it’s a beautiful airport, though I found the departure area less functional. While waiting for your gate to be announced, you sit outside the duty-free zone to avoid walking too far from your gate. This creates a crowd near the entrance without enough seating, which limits shopping time.
Still, I was generally pleased with my experience."
