"I have stayed here with the kids for 7 days,they welcomed us well, room was so big and clean, view of the river.
The kids had caretakers who are really friendly and keeping them busy upto 23 uhr in the night ( kids party everyday) it starts at 21uhr.
The Foooooood was everything, different kinds all day everyday, Spagetti, fish,pizza,fresh fruits, I can't even mention all.
You eat as much as you can't,drinks flowing through out the day,
Cleaners so friendly and they clean everyday and also they can come in the morning, afternoon or evening. Wow
The pool activities were so wonderful.
The guests also were really minding their business.
Bicycles are provided at no extra cost so you can see the big city,which is clean.
We are definitely coming back next year. Money well spent, kids were extremely happy. Wow wow"

"We loved our stay, we "upgraded" from another location that wasn't quite what we expected! I phoned the number they give and spoke to the lovely Gaia who did her best to find us another room at Miami beach about 30min drive from where we where. At the hotel Miami beach we found such lovely people helping us!! Starting from reception, where Chiara was just amazing!! they gave us an amazing room and all of their staff was super friendly!! And Carmine at the bar who kept us company while drinking coffee or having an amazing aperitivo!! Thanks to Anna and Margherita aswell for keeping the rooms neat. And then our favourite entertainer who was everywhere!! Edoardo my husband can still hear you calling him🤣 it was a last minute decision to go on this 7 day trip and you guys made us feel at home! With the beautiful hotel and the super yummy food🤤🤤 the kids had a blast and i would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!"
