Also, there aren’t many mirrors around, and you end up walking around looking for one. 🫶🏻The clothes are pretty nice"

"I am very happy with the staff at this store! 🌸 Everyone here is incredibly kind and helpful. I had an unpleasant situation I lost my microphone right in the store and couldn’t find it. A few minutes later I came back, and the staff helped me they found my microphone and returned it to me. Huge thanks for such attentiveness and support! Now I not only have great purchases from this store, but also my microphone back with me. 🙏✨"

"Incredibly racist.
My mom was racially profiled by the staff. She is a tourist who doesn’t speak English or Italian and didn’t understand how to pay. She asked the staff for help more than once until someone finally assisted her, another person in the queue, not even the staff!!! She bought her items and left. It turns out the scanner didn’t register a small hat (keep in mind she had already paid for the stuff maybe 100€, asked for help, and thought everything was scanned). She would never steal a shitty hat.
After she got stopped in the entrance since the beep sound activated she was fully cooperative with the guard and staff thinking that maybe one badge was still on the items or something.
She tried to explain the situation, but they treated her harshly, raised their voices at her, and mocked the fact that she doesn’t speak English or Italian. They held her against her will for more than half an hour and refused to let her go, even though there are camera recordings and she had her receipt showing she had tried to pay and asked for assistance.
I tried talking by phone with the staff in Italian but they wouldn’t let me talk to them or try to clarify the situation and were also extremely rude towards me. They got her someone who spoke Spanish but was the same story, incredibly rude and borderline racist and derogatory attitude.
In the end, she simply walked out and left the stupid hat behind. I strongly advise you not to come here."
