"I purchased the product online on the website, the size was wrong, and I returned it because these samples don't allow exchanges. I ordered the same pair of pants in a smaller size, and they gave me completely different ones. Now, I go to check the website, and the pants I want are no longer available on the site in the size I want. I suspect that after receiving my order, they realized my product was no longer available and put similar pants in the package to trick me. But now comes the best part: I call customer service and am even treated rudely and threateningly by an operator, who insists on letting me know that I might not even get my money back (almost €300). Now, leaving aside the fact that there's an email with the product ordered and a different product shipped, is that even possible? It's very serious."
