"I was simply browsing the store and reached out to look at the price tag on a T-shirt ,something every customer would normally do.
To my shock, a female staff member rushed over and very rudely raised her voice at me, saying “The price is 170” in an aggressive and condescending tone, as if I wasn’t supposed to touch it or couldn’t afford it.
There was no greeting, no assistance, just hostility. I couldn’t help but feel that her reaction was rooted in racial prejudice.
I sincerely hope Ferrari HQ takes this seriously. A brand as iconic as Ferrari should not tolerate this kind of behavior in its stores. If you’re Asian or a foreign tourist, think twice before stepping into this boutique."
